Mark as Useful Called and said they have a case and complaint against me but did not say where or who is filing a complaint and gave me a case number. Is this some kind of law office? They even threatened me I only got 24 hours to call them back.

Mark as Useful No one ever speaks, and its multiple calls a day. Can't call the number back - either it doesn't ring or I get a busy signal.

Mark as Useful Called to lower interest rate. I hit 9 to ask a question. Hung up immediately. Never identified firm or with what card (if any) they were calling upon. A waste of my time and yes, I am on the do not call list. This didn't seem likely to be from either of my cards. No call back works.

Mark as Useful I had a car for sale on Craigslist. He wanted to buy it sight unseen and send me a check and have someone pick it up for him. Did not accept the check because it looked fake and he live accross the country...the car was not that great of a deal to have shipped that far....SCAM!!

Mark as Useful This company is listed as Disabled American Vets on my caller ID. They use several #'s and call all day long. The first one started at 7:41 this morning! I have asked to be taken off the list, and I am registered on the do not call list. Nothing helps.
